1、 Introduction
This series of products are mainly made of epoxy resin and polyester resin. For they have the double advantages of epoxy powder coating and polyester powder coating, it has the good effects of leveling property, ornamental property, merchanic property and superior corrosion resistance, and be used widely in many fields.
2、Uses
(1) Home Electrical Appliances :The refrigerator, washing
machine, microwave oven, water heater and electric cookeries.
(2) Instruments: Spraying on the exterior of instrument and
apparatus, Medical equipment and Optical instruments.
(3) Light Industry: Lighting lamps, Steel furniture and Daily
aluminum products, etc.
(4) PCM Steel Plate(metal precoated steel plate):it can be widely
used in the exterior of household appliances.
(5) Others: Books Equipment, Commercial Machinery and Knitting
Machinery ,etc.
3、Product Series
We can offer the standard type and low-temperature solidification type powder coating products .
We can offer high gloss (86% more than ) , gloss (76-85%) , semi-gloss (50-75% ) , sub-gloss (20-50% ) and non-gloss(under 20% ) products. Color shades can be made according to customers’ requirement.
4、Packing
Carton packaging, with polyethylene chloride bag, the net weight is 20 kg.
5、Storage
The products must be stored in dry room with good ventilation ,with temperature lower than 30℃.
