to make up the bath and LTP-1 is used to refill the bath. Zinc Phosphate Agent LTP -1 is specifically formulated for steel underpaint coating at low temperature. The heavy zinc phosphate with a coating weight of 2-4 g/m2. Operated as low as 17oC with good sludge control. The phosphate coating is an excellent base for the rust preventative. Liquid concentrate used at 5.5-6.5% volume in water. Suitable for immersion.
It can be provided in solid or liquid state upon client’s requirement.
