An enhanced water borne, single layer elastic exterior paint. This water and mildew resistant durable finish helps protect exterior surface against repeated abrasion, rust and a variety of chemicals. It is applicable to exterior surface of new and old architecture such as commercial buildings, hotels, clubs, hospitals, research institutes and residential apartments.
Advantages:
1) Super resistance to damages by weather, ultraviolet and acid rain
2) Superior elasticity that can cover up fine cracks; film extension rate
can reach up to 300% (between -10° and 50°)
3) Strong self-cleaning ability, resistance to scrubbing, strong adhesive

4) Superior waterproof and ventilating properties that preserves gloss and colors
Features:
1) Main composition: acrylic elastic emulsion, lead-free pigments, auxiliaries, water
2) Color: a variety of colors, refer to Maydos color card
3) Solid content (white): 53% (standard sample, will vary according to colors)
4) Dilution ratio with water: 10 - 20% (no dilution for airless spray)
5) Coverage: 6m²/kg/2 coats
6) Drying (single coat at 25°C and 50% humidity):
a) Touch dry: 0.5 - 1 hours
b) To overcoat: 2 - 3 hours

Recommended painting system:
1) 1 coat of M-500/M-900 sealer
2) 2 coats of MP-10D filler for patching imperfections

4) 2 coats of 5900 topcoats
