IMO is also named Bificus-factor because of its powerful growth stimulation of the main intestinal beneficial bacteria---Bifidobacteria. “ is a non-digestible food ingredient that beneficially affects the host by selectively stimulating the growth and/or activity of one or a limited number of bacteria in the colon to improve host health.” This product is a natural nutrient sweetener refined from the starch of the "Gold Maize" produced on the alluvial plain of the Yellow River Delta through enzymatic hydrolysis. It is classified into powder and liquid, as well as IMO-500 and IaMO-900 on the IMO content.
