Melurac Amino Resin (Crosslinking Agent) OS325-80:
1) Main compositions: partly methyl-etherized melamine formaldehyde resin
2) Appearance: colorless transparent liquid
3) Specific weight: 1.12g/ml
4) Non-volatile matter: 80±2% (105°C, 1.5h)
5) Viscosity: 2,200-6,500mpa.s (25oC rotation viscosity)
6) Solvent: isobutyl alcohol
7) Less loss of weight in solidifying
8) Has NH-CH2OCH3
9) Low foaming trend
10) Low releasing of formaldehyde
11) Property: it needs the catalysis of weak acid in low temperature, but does not need it when temperature is higher than 125°C; good crosslinking performance with acrylic acid and alkide resin
12) Scope of application: widely used in car coatings, industrial coatings and water-borne coatings
13) Packing and storage: in 220kg iron drum, closed tightly
14) Shelf life in room temperature is 6 months
