Introduction:
Phospholipids are fat derivatives. They are composed of glycerol bonded to two fatty
acids and a phosphate group. The resulting compound called phosphatidic acid
contains a region (the fatty acid component or hydrophobic group) that is fat-soluble
along with a region (the charged phosphate group or hydrophilic group) that
is water-soluble. Most phospholipids also have an additional chemical group bound
to the phosphate. For example, it may be connected with choline and the resulting
phospholipid is called phosphatidylcholine or lecithin. Other phospholipids
include phosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylinositol, phosphatidylserine, and phosphatidylethanolamine.
Main active ingredients in this product include lecithin,
cephalin, lipositol, phosphatidic acid, unsaturated fatty acids, vitamin E, K,
F and B4.

Phospholipids are a major component of all biological membranes including cytomembrane,
karyotheca and plasmalemma. They play an important role in the metabolism
of nerve, procreation and hormone. Phospholipids are hydrolyzed by enzyme to glycerin,
fatty acid, phosphoric acid and nitrogen-containing compounds. Phospholipids
can supplement phosphorus and choline in the feeds, thus enhance the metabolism
of phosphorus and nitrogen in the animal bodies. The product offer unsaturated
fatty acid(UFA) such as C18﹕2ω6(linoleic acid) and vitamin B, vitamin
E. The adequate free fatty acid and phosphatidic acid in the product agglutinate
feed and increase feed efficiency. The product can protect lipid and fat-soluble
vitamins in the feeds from oxidation and inhibit the production of aflatoxin.
Phospholipids can substitute any animal oil or vegetable oil.
