Composition:
The insulation sealing compound is mainly composed by isobutylene isoprene rubber
(IIR), and plus with suitable proportion of soften agent, reinforcement agent,
anti-age agent and so on.
Features:
1. The insulation sealing compound has excellent airtight and adhesive property.
It is extremely conformable with glassed-steel plate, aluminum alloy sheet, fiberglass-reinforced
plastics (FPR) and color coated steel plate, and without any corrosion
to them
2. It has excellent adaptability property to the extremely weather, The insulation
sealing compound has not any cracking, rigidification when the temperature is
from -50 degrees to 80 degrees
3. The product is a professional water-proof, moisture-proof, and anti-ultraviolet
compound
4. The product has excellent anti-voltage property, it can be used as a insulation
up to 1,800V
Applications:
The product is mainly used to seal the wiring holes on the program-controlled switch
shelters, mobile base station, broadcast TV shelters and outdoor shelters.
