Introduction:
SR-60 splice wood adhesive is a wood structural adhesive composed of two components
of copolymer emulsion. Component A is the key component and component B is a
hardening agent. The quality of SR-60 adhesive complies with the Japan standard
of JISK6806-1995, which is used for aqueous macromolecule isocyanate wood adhesive,
kind 1 and number 1 (for truss integration wood). It can be used for machining
integration wood, and is an ideal substitute of same product imported from overseas
countries
Features:
1) SR-60 splice wood adhesive is water based, free from formaldehyde and organic
solvent, no poisonous gas produced
2) Excellent bond strength can be obtained, even without heating in the process of
pressurizing

4) Resistant to water, temperature and solvent
Technical indices:
1) Component A:
a) Appearance: milk white viscous liquid
b) Solids content: 60±2%
c) pH: 5-7
d) Viscosity (25°C): 10-14Pa.s
2) Component B:
a) Appearance: brownish black liquid
b) Glue spread: 16-20%
c) Joint strength
i) Dry strength: ≥15MPa
ii) Wet strength: ≥6.5MPa
Storage and transportation:
The storage stability of this product is 6 months at 5-35°C in well ventilated
area. After 6 months, this product should be tested for strength before usage.
It cannot be stored in open area, and should be protected from wet, high temperature,
sunshine, rain and freeze. It is not dangerous, can be transported as common
goods.
