Introduction:
SR-50 finger joint adhesive is a wood structural adhesive composed of two components
of copolymer emulsion. Component A is the key component and component B is a
hardening agent. It can be used in machining finger joint lumber and common wood.
Features:
1) SR-50 splice wood adhesive is water based, free from formaldehyde and organic
solvent, no poisonous gas produced
2) Excellent bond strength can be obtained, even without heating in the process of
pressurizing
3) High initial bond strength
4) Resistant to water, temperature and solvent
Technical indices:
1) Component A:
a) Appearance: milk white color
b) Solids content: 50±2%
c) pH: 5-7
d) Viscosity (25°C): 1-10Pa.s
2) Component B:
a) Appearance: brownish black liquid
b) Glue spread: 10%
c) Dry strength: ≥10MPa
Storage and transportation:
The storage stability of this product is 6 months at 5-35°C in well ventilated
area. After 6 months, this product should be tested for strength before usage.
It cannot be stored in open area, and should be protected from wet, high temperature,
sunshine, rain and freeze. It is not dangerous, can be transported as common
goods.
