COPA-6 is our toppest COPA adhesive, which is polymerized by Nylon6, Nylon66 and
Nylon14. It has been widely accepted by our customers as good aspect, high viscidity,
strong washing resistance and competitive price.
Specifications:
1) Melting range: 105-115oC
2) Melt index: 30±3, 40±3 or 60±3 G/10mn
3) Moisture: ≤2%
4) Bonding conditions:
a) Temperature: 135-155oC
b) Pressure: 1.5kg/cm2
c) Time: 15s
5) Washing resistance:
a) 40oC: excellent
b) 60oC: excellent
c) Dry cleaning: excellent
