We specialize in mill balls from 20mm to 100mm, which are widely used in mining plants,power plants for grinding ores and coal.
1. Comprehensive stocks of standard grades and sizes are held in our city.
2. Technical advice on ball selection based on operation parameters is provided.
3. A full range of balls is provided with high uniform hardness: from HRC 55-65.
4. Roundness: Spherical with little overfill or underfill within the national standard: GB-8649-88 and YB/T 091-1996
5. Metallographic structure: Substantially martenistic with some retained Austenite, Bainite & Carbides
6. Breakage guarantee: - Nil breakages upon delivery.
- Less than 1% in normal and correct operation conditions
7. Packing: 1) In steel drums - 200 litre drums (approx. 0.9 MT)
2) In woven bags - 2 MT per bag
