Processing methods:
1) All the live materials are arranged to factory: brush shells one by one
2) Open the shell, with top shell and gut off, with frill hidden under meat,
and with roe and adductor on
3) Wash by purified sea water, remove the admixtures
4) Quickly frozen by the IQF machine
5) Collect the grades: 7 - 8cm, 8 - 9cm, 9 - 10cm
6) Weight measurement
7) Ice glazing by fresh water and packing
