Detailed Description
Feed Water Parameters:
1. Max. temperature 85F.
2. Max. pressure between 40~80 psi.
3. Max. TDS 2,000 PPM.
4. Max. Iron tolerance 0.5 PPM.
5. Hydrogen sulfide must be removed.
6. Silica tolerance can not be higher than 125 PPM in the concentrate stream. Anticipant should be considered for any over 75 PPM.
7. Turbidity should be removed.
8. Hardness must be removed.
Operating Parameters:
1. Max. operating pressure 200psi.
2. Water recovery up to 60% but not recommended to adjust higher than 50%.
3. PH range 3-11.
4. Flow rates are determined by the membrane mfg’s testing criteria of 1,500 PPM NACl solution, 77F water temperature, 225psi at 10~15% recovery. Actual flow rates may vary depending on the pretreatment, water conditions, system volume, membrane array and operation pressure.
